How do I measure my door frame correctly?
To ensure a perfect fit, measure the width and height of the inside of your door frame in three different places. Use the smallest measurement for each dimension to account for any slight warping or unevenness in the structure.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we specialize in providing high-quality doors, we do not provide direct installation. However, we can recommend a list of certified local contractors in your area who are experienced with our specific product lines.
What is the typical lead time for delivery?
Standard in-stock doors are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. For custom orders, including specific finishes or non-standard sizes, please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
Are your exterior doors energy efficient?
Yes, our exterior doors are designed with thermal efficiency in mind. Most models feature high-density foam cores and weather-stripping seals that meet or exceed Energy Star standards to help reduce your home's heating and cooling costs.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your door arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Can I request a custom finish or paint color?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of factory-applied stains and paints. If you have a specific RAL or Pantone color in mind, please contact our custom design team for a bespoke quote.
