At The Door Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new door doesn't perfectly fit your home's aesthetic or specifications, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

    Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage the door in its original crate or box to prevent structural damage during transit.

    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damages, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
